Saabye Consult supports MedTech and HealthTech companies that need experienced commercial and strategic support, but not necessarily a full-time executive hire.

 Rie Færch Saabye has more than 20 years of experience in B2B business development, commercial strategy and strategic partnerships, with a particular focus on MedTech and regulated healthcare markets.


Her experience spans global companies, high-growth businesses and pre-revenue ventures, giving her a practical understanding of both corporate expectations and the realities faced by smaller companies preparing for funding, partnerships or strategic transactions.

Since 2023, Rie has worked fractionally with MedTech and HealthTech companies, supporting go-to-market strategy, business cases, partner development, investor materials, M&A readiness and virtual data room preparation.


She works best in assignments where structure, commercial judgement and cross-functional collaboration are needed to create clarity and momentum.  Rie believes in structured, outcome-driven work with integrity, urgency, and a professional mindset.
